The Employment Village started from this observation to connect its partner companies and young graduates from all walks of life. Its team relies on the IT professions and its various specialties, which are constantly expanding.
A system with a large target audience
The Employment Village team is convinced that the jobs of the future are accessible to all types of profiles, even those with traditional training. Indeed, it is not necessary to have followed a computer course to be able to integrate this system. Literary, technical or scientific profiles are welcome, as well as computer scientists. The acquired knowledge developed during studies and various professional backgrounds are reoriented thanks to the training component. Thus, learners do not lose the benefit of their past learning and have the opportunity to open up to a new skilled job, in high demand, which they sometimes did not even know about.

The targeted trades
Different specializations can be chosen in this training course. The Assistant to the Project Management and Project Management (AMOA / AMOE) path is open to all profiles, whether literary or scientific. Indeed, it does not require technical skills but rather relational and writing skills, as well as methodological ones. It leads to professions such as business analyst in finance, test consultant in mass distribution or MOA project manager for an e-commerce. For students from technical or scientific studies, the Business Intelligence (BI) course is suitable. Also called Statistics and Business Intelligence, it consists of processing data to help companies make decisions, for their design or development. You can become a database analyst for a life insurance company, for example, or an IS designer-analyst for an e-commerce. New Technologies and Development training is more specific to IT specialists. Software development and programming languages will be the subjects of study. This path leads to the professions of Java EE designer-developer or even project manager for an e-commerce. Fourth specialty, Data-management is a sector that recruits a lot. Open to all levels for technical and scientific profiles, it concerns production and exploitation. It trains future network and telecom technicians, operations technicians, and database administrators.
A three-phase method
The first step for a student who joins the Employment Village is to get training. In 3 to 9 months, he will develop his know-how and his expertise to be able to integrate the professional world. This training is divided into three axes. The Business axis aims to learn the specifics of the targeted profession. The Project axis allows you to work on a large project in collaboration with several stakeholders. The student therefore learns to communicate with different people with different functions. He becomes familiar with the specific vocabulary used and the working methods in force in this field. Finally, the Technical axis focuses on the practical tools necessary for a trade, often overlooked in traditional training courses which focus on theory. Technologies, software and languages, databases and computer systems are explored. Once operational, the learner directly launches his career on key account assignments. He found a job for three years with a company sponsoring the Employment Village. If he accepts it, his training costs are completely free and he has all the benefits of a permanent contract, with the possibility of making a bank loan, finding accommodation, etc. At the end of the scheme, the ex-student receives support to launch his career on the job market.
Experts at the service of employment
Village de l’emploi formation relies on a group of experts at all levels: job placement experts, communication experts and technical and business experts responsible for training students. The latter, who are over 60, may have up to 20 years of experience in the field and are permanently with the winners. IT engineers, full-stack development analyst, research and development engineer are dedicated to training participants to raise them to the level of their ambitions and prepare them for a profitable job.
An over-equipped learning place
The lessons take place in a building classified as a historical monument: the pavilion of the Emailleries de Saint-Ouen. Dozens of coaching rooms are spread over more than 2000 m2 with 700 computers. In addition to providing pleasant conditions for learning and promoting it, this place has all the necessary equipment. The rooms offer the latest technologies such as fiber optics, computer applications and materials, giant touch screens.

A family affair
This training center started its activities under the name ISOSET in 1998. A young graduate has just completed his studies at MIAGE (Master of Computer Methods Applied to Business Management). He realizes that, despite obtaining a high-level diploma, it is not easy to find a job that meets his ambitions. He then had the idea of launching this program which, in a few months, provided students with the equivalent of several years of expertise. His brother and his two sisters, holders of a doctorate, support him in his project.
Transparency, benevolence and trust are the founding values of the Employment Village. Many young graduates are looking for great opportunities, which are rare. Faced with fierce competition, the Employment Village team wants to believe in everyone’s potential and give them a chance. The important thing is to release the brakes that may hinder its progress. The economic block is lifted by providing free training, subject to conditions, and a high salary during three years of employment with a partner company. As each month lost represents a waste of money, the short training aims to get started quickly and without delay. The personal blockage to get started is reduced thanks to the training which assures the student in his technical and theoretical know-how. With the « knowing how to communicate » component which is widely discussed at the Employment Village training center, the winners also take assurance.

The Employment Village represents 4,000,000 euros in annual expenditure. 150,000 euros per month are dedicated to technical experts and 45,000 euros per month are intended for job search. The center handles 200 tenders per day. Each job search is a rewarding but sometimes frightening experience, marked with obstacles in the way. The concept is a desire to support each job seeker in this adventure to give him the tools that will lead him to success.
